I've been busily working on "auplay" (was "au-play") rather than on the
device list, but I think it's time to toggle my priorities... SO:

I've uploaded "auplay-0.2.tar.z" to tsx-11.mit.edu. I made a mistake in
telling folks where it would end up last time, so here's the correct place:

	tsx-11.mit.edu://pub/linux/ALPHA/sound/auplay-0.2.tar.z

"auplay" will allow you to play Sun-style *.au files (or any 8-bit, u-law
audio, for that matter) through your PC's internal speaker. No sound-patches
required, no sound-card needed, and you don't have to recompile your kernel.

It's not going to be hi-fidelity, but it's better than *nothing*. Quality is
similar to listening to a short-wave radio program: ugly, but understandable.
It's just enough to allow the careful listener to understand the Internet Talk
Radio 'broadcasts' (which can be found in sunsite.unc.edu://pub/talk-radio).
