a OI channel has been created on linux-activists@niksula.hut.fi, to join send
mail to linux-activists-request@niksula.hut.fi, and you will recieve a help
file explaining how to join a channel. & remember you want the "OI" channel :)

the following is a explination of the purpose of the OI channel:

The oi mailing list is to discuss the issues of object interface, and
object builder between those who are using it or are trying to use it.
These issues include:

Which g++ libs, and other utilities will work with OI/uib.
what information is missing in the man pages.
        what bugs exist in OI/uib.

for those of you who don't know, OI is a bunch of classes that are
graphical X objects. uib is a easy menu driven way to create your OI
applicatoins.
