Just a few bug fixes, support for other OS's, and updates to doc's.

Term 1.1.2 is available from
	tartarus.uwa.edu.au:/pub/oreillym/term/term112.tar.gz
or
	sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/apps/comm/term/term/term112.tar.gz

For those that came late: Term is a user level thingy that does a lot
of what sl/ip does. It's very useful where you have a UNIX box at
both end of a modem line without having slip or ppp available. It is
very efficent (low protocol overhead), and is purely user mode. No
kernel, or root support required. Oh, and it lets you run X over a
modem.

		this is prefered).

Extract from CHANGES file:

1.11 --> 1.12

Bug in pty handling fixed. If opening a master pty succeded, but opening
the slave failed, then term wouldn't search the rest of the bank, and would
just skip to the beginning of the next bank. Only applies to BSD style
pty's.

Bugfix for hpux support. thanks Carlo Kid <carlo@sg.tn.tudelft.nl>

NetBSD support from "Stephen J. Roznowski" <sjr@zombie.ncsc.mil>.

Sol21 support improved. Thanks to
	Michael.Bender@Eng.Sun.COM (Duke of Canterbury).

TitanOS support added. Fixed baudrate = 0 problem.
added amount of data transmitted into tmon report.
corrected baudrate=0 problem with tmon by introducing variable scale.
Above all thanks to "Bill C. Riemers" <bcr@physics.purdue.edu>

Updated README file. Major change is:
Don't send me E-mail to say you liked term!
It's nice, but my mailbox is pretty full.
Send me a postcard instead. That's MUCH nicer, and it'll
	impress my girlfriend! ;-)

Updated man pages somewhat.
