A newer version of the andrew toolkit is on
	sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/X11/andrew/*

This is version 6.1. Note that there are binaries ONLY. The source is
not available. A special dispensation had to be given so that binaries
could be released. The sources are apprently coming out with X11R6.

to install:

cd /
tar xvfz andrew61.tar.gz

It unpacks into /usr/andrew/*

sorry. paths are hard coded. If you want it elsewhere, install a
symlink.

Sorry. No changelog from 5.1. Check out the help docs, and play
around. Lots of changes.

For those that don't know what andrew is:

The Andrew Toolkit is a multi-media editor and programming
environment. It gives you pretty good WSIWYG, integrated handling on
pictures, animations, sound, spreadsheets, tables etc etc into
documents. The new version handles 'editing' .gif files etc.

There are programming libraries to make writting multi-media
applications easier.

There are VERY extensive online help documents (try the 'help'
application).

Michael.
