The next set of network tools net-tools-1.1.25 is now available and located
on sunacm.swan.ac.uk as
pub/misc/Linux/Networking/Programs/System/net-tools/net-tools-1.1.27

This is the next version of the old net032-x versions of the software. To avoid
future confusion the tools from now on will be named by kernel version they
first apply to. Hopefully this will make things simpler. This is an interim
release until the rest of the routing interface and other changes stabilize.

Changes from net-032d

Understands the new /proc/net/route format and the per route mtu and window
settings. These enable you to tune to suit specific networks (eg AX.25) or
to get the best from defunct hardware like 3c501 ethernet cards.

Supports the SIOCSIFMAP ioctl for seeing what address cards are at, and for
setting parameters on cards with this support (currently PLIP).

Has a plipconfig allowing you to 'tune' the PLIP protocol to get best
performance with your hardware.

arp -f now works

Small bug fixes and cleanups.
