Announcing CHAT 0.1 alpha

I've uploaded CHAT 0.1, a multiuser chat utility, to 
ftp.gwdg.de and sunsite.unc.edu.

CHAT can be installed by any user on a system (not only root).
Users connect to it via telnet to a specific port and talk
together. This version of CHAT is an alpha, so please send
observations and suggestions to me. Further features will be
added soon. If you do something interesting with CHAT, please
tell me about it.

CHAT is distributed according to the GNU GPL.
