I have uploaded a new version of my program FIPS to sunsite.unc.edu
and tsx-11.mit.edu. It should appear soon as

sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/system/Install/fips11.zip
tsx-11.mit.edu:/pub/linux/dos_utils/fips11.zip

[Note that this is an MS-DOS PKZip Archive. FIPS is an MS-DOS program,
but is used to repartition MS-DOS for Linux installation.]

Short Description:

FIPS is a program to non-destructively split DOS-partitions. You will
need a defragmentation program to move your data to the beginning of the
partition.

FIPS is free under the GNU General Public License.

Changes from version 1.0:

- Bugfix: Removed the code for detecting the Linux DOS Emulator because
it caused a hangup on some machines.
