Yesterday I uploaded Lucid EMACS to sunsite...it's still in
/pub/Linux/Incoming and is expected to move to /pub/Linux/X11/lemacs.

You can either get the sources and recompile, or get the libraries and the
binaries and just unpack them.  See the README files.
