I uploaded the sources of dcf77clock.tgz to ftp.rrz.uni-koeln.de

The program is written for the low cost ($35) clock model RPC-Modul DCF-77
from SURE GmbH Germany. I think that this program will suite some
other clock models on the market. dcf77clock reads the raw time and date
information transmitted at 77.5 Khz from a antenna located at Mainflingen
near Frankfurt/Main (Germany). The signal of this transmitter
is controlled by the Caesium Standard from the PTB Braunschweig.
Every second a pulse of 100ms or 200ms is transmitted
to build up a data stream of '1' and '0' over every minute.
