Linux Journal, issue #3 is off to the printer on June 1 and will be
mailed starting on June 14.  Subscriptions received by June 10 will
start with issue #3.  For more information, send e-mail to
linux@fylz.com or call SSC during "normal west coast busienss hours"
at (206) 527-3385.

Note that we have made some significant changes between previous
issues and this one.  In particular:
  - Production moved to Seattle
  - SSC now handling subscriptions
  - New printer local to production and mailing
  - New format -- still 48 pages but with an "artistic" cover
    to encourage newsstand distribution

Linux Journal will be carried by some newsstands (including all
Computer Literacy stores in Silicon Valley) as well as delivered to
newsstands by a newsstand distributor.  If you know a place that sells
magazines and you feel should stock LJ, send e-mail to dist@ssc.com or
have them call Ellie Weiss at SSC at (206) 527-3385.  Getting LJ on
newsstands is going to be one of the best ways we can show the
non-Internet crowd that Linux is for real.
