The 'rawkey' library is designed to make writing action games which
need to use raw mode easier. You might want to use raw mode so that
your program can read more than one key at once and not have to wait
for auto-repeat.

This version fixes an ISIG-related bug and allows virtual console
switching if a couple of user functions to undraw/redraw the screen
are made known to the library.

If you want to look at other programs which use the library to see
how to use it, try looking at 'sasteroids' or at 'zblast'.
