Announcing version 3.0 of Vim (Vi Improved), by Bram Moolenaar.

This latest version adds multiple windows, multiple buffers, ability
to pair match (using '%') comments and preprocessor conditionals (i.e.
#ifdef/#else/#endif) and many other minor improvements.
