*** VERY IMPORTAINT *** Here is the latest sysvinit package from sunsite. Below you can find the ls of it. Its very important that you know what you are doing, because you may have no chance to log after installing package. So make sure that you have booting disk or booting ramdisk or install the package and check if everything is ok then install it by hand. Most important thing is to check /etc/inittab. It's now configured to work with a standard /etc/rc file which can be found on most ramdisk-files ('filesys') for m68k-linux distribution, however the inittab also support sysvinit-style /etc/rc.d/* files, different runlevels and finaly it also supports ctrlaltdel - safe shutdown! So if your system at a boottime reports 'running /etc/rc...' there should be no problem with instalation (but remeber - its an elf package ;) Maybe someone engaged with creating new 'wachover-filesys' or some more adequate distribution package would like to put it there. dev/initctl etc/inittab etc/rc.d/ etc/rc.d/rc.6 etc/rc.d/rc.0 etc/rc.d/rc.4 etc/rc.d/rc.K etc/rc.d/rc.M etc/rc.d/rc.S etc/rc.d/rc.cdrom etc/rc.d/rc.ibcs2 etc/rc.d/rc.inet1 etc/rc.d/rc.inet2 etc/rc.d/rc.local etc/rc.d/rc.pcmcia etc/rc.d/rc.psql etc/rc.d/rc.rarp etc/rc.d/rc.serial sbin/init sbin/reboot sbin/shutdown sbin/halt sbin/killall5 sbin/sulogin sbin/powerd sbin/runlevel sbin/pidof sbin/telinit usr/bin/last usr/bin/mesg usr/bin/lastb usr/man/man1/last.1 usr/man/man1/lastb.1 usr/man/man1/mesg.1 usr/man/man8/halt.8 usr/man/man8/init.8 usr/man/man8/killall5.8 usr/man/man8/pidof.8 usr/man/man8/powerd.8 usr/man/man8/reboot.8 usr/man/man8/runlevel.8 usr/man/man8/shutdown.8 usr/man/man8/sulogin.8 usr/man/man8/telinit.8 usr/man/man5/initscript.5 usr/man/man5/inittab.5
