Description:	All For Chinese Suite is a powerful chinese package.
		It contains a4c.ime, a4c.tty, iome, starwin, a4c.dict.
		a4c.ime(0.1.2) is a Chinese Input Method Platform on X Window.
		a4c.tty(0.1.0) is a Chinese Terminal(hztty) based on svgalib 
		which support 42 video modes.
		IOME(0.1.2) stands for Input/Output MEthods(IME/OME). Its innovative
		designs make IOME/a4c.tty/a4c.ime different with traditional
		Chinese Input Platform. Currently supports 24 Input Methods,
                4 Ouput Methods(big5 filter, gb2312 filter, unicode filter,
                associative method).
		Star Window Manager(StarWin-0.1.0) is a svgalib-based Window
		Manager.  It is used by a4c.tty.
                a4c.dict(0.0.1) is a Chinese<->English utility.
		All For Chinese Suite is a total solution for Chinese/DBCS
		system and it is very easy to port to the other platforms
		and the other DBCS system such as Japanese/Korean.
