Please get things straight. The old format is Linuxdoc SGML and the new
one is DocBook SGML. Both are SGML but Linuxdoc is only a very limited
set. It's usefull but rather restricted.

I suggest we address them as linuxdoc and docbook but NOT as docbook and
sgml as done here.
