This is zircon, a wonderful X interface (motif look) for IRC.  This version
is a very rough port of it, but it's mostly useable.  It works over term
if you do tredir 6667 irc-server:6667 before running it.  However, dcc send
and dcc get don't work.  The reason I'm uploading it in this state is so
a certain friend of mine can grab it, install it, and fix the dcc over term
and then we'll have a zircon+term.tgz to release for real.

This archive contains the sources for tcl7.1, tk3.4, tc-dpv2.00, and
zircon1.14.  To unpack it:
cd /usr/src/X11 (this is where I keep my X11 sources)
tar xzvfp zirc.tgz

It makes links called tk and tcl to the tk3.4 and tcl7.1 subdirs.  First
cd tcl, check the makefile, and do make install.
Then cd ../tk and do the same.
Then cd ../tcl-dp2.00 and do the same.

Finally, cd ../zircon1.14 and check the makefile and readme.  Follow the
instructions.  

All the port issues are solved.  It would be nice to use shared libs for
all this.  Yes, there's shared lib versions of tk and tcl on sunsite,
but tcl-dp is REQUIRED for zircon and tcl-dp requires headers not in
the .tgz files already on sunsite.  Perhaps this will be remedied in
the near future, when I figure out how to make shared libs :-)
