Start "Sound Recorder" program, open "dwrite.wav", and convert to "GSM 6.10, 8000Hz, Mono, 2kb/s" format. This reduce the file size from 3.8MB to about 629K. Read selected text or whole file in Chinese. === Installation instructions The following example assume that you have installed all the file to C:\DWRITE directory. The size of "dwrite.exe" is about 165k for Windows 3.1. The size of "dwrite32.exe" is about 250k for Windows 95. All other files are the same. To use Windows 95 version: ren dwrite.exe dwrite16.exe (default is 16-bit version) ren dwrite32.exe dwrite.exe Windows 95: 1. Choose "Start/Settings/Taskbar". 2. Click "Start Menu Programs", then click "Add". 3. Type "c:\dwrite\dwrite.exe" in "Command line" box, click next. 4. Choose a folder, or create a new folder to put the program in, click next. 5. Type "DingDang Write" as the name of short cut, click finish. Windows 3.1: 1. In program manager, choose a group (folder) to put the program. 2. Choose "File/New" menu item. 3. If you like to create a new folder, choose "group item". To install the program, choose "program item". 4. Type "c:\dwrite\dwrite.exe" in "Command Line". 5. Type "DingDang Write" as the program description. 6.
