Xiccc-Helicon is a Chinese Chess Client. It helps you connect to the International Chinese Chess Server(ICCS), in a much more friendly manner than, say, telnet. INSTALLING Xiccc-Helicon ------------------------ Installing Xiccc-Helicon is quite easy on most systems: simply type "xmkmf" then "make" in the directory you unarchived, then go get yourself a cup of coffee. If you are short on disk space, you can reduce the executable size by using "strip tf" after compiling. Last Resort ----------- If you think Xiccc-Helicon won't compile because of a bug or incompatibility with your system, email the me at yangq@sol.cs.wmich.edu. Please describe the type of system on which you are trying to compile, or at least, the address of the system. Use "uname -sr", if available, to get the system type; if not, look at the message you log in. Also include the log file of the make messages. More help file will be added later on when I got time.
