Bob.....

YOu say you are two votes and a signature away from the speed 
limit repeal.  Question: Do you honestly believe that 
President Clinton WILL provide that signature given the 
position of Secretary Pena? Somehow, I have doubts, and there 
would NOT be enough votes to override a veto!
