San Antonio Express-News Reprint Permission Guidelines
(These guidelines come from a larger document - "How to handle public requests for information" that is posted on ENsite, the corporate intranet, to assist employees in providing good customer service when the public calls with requests.)
The San Antonio Express-News is copyrighted. Reprint permission must be obtained to make copies of articles, photos and graphics from the San Antonio Express-News, the San Antonio Light or from MySanAntonio.com. The Express-News does not own the copyright to everything that appears in the newspaper or mysa.com. We do not own the copyright to syndicated comics, columns or wire service articles. For those requests you must contact the syndicate for reprint permission.
Reprint requests MUST be submitted in writing. Do not transfer the public calls. Ask them to submit their requests in writing.
