Durham County Property Tax Records

A property owner can be found by searching the database by name, address, employer, or any other field available.

Some of the information available in the database include:

  • the size of the lot,
  • the assessed value of a property (including separate values for the land and the building),
  • whether it's exempt from property taxes, and
  • whether the taxpayer is a business or an individual.

If the record is complete, you can also find the taxpayer's

  • mailing address,
  • social security number,
  • employer, and
  • phone number.
