parkAla nAyaki's mother
intially perceived that AzhwAr;s desire towards Lord despite peirya pirAtti's
presence is not fair. Next she talked about the beauty of thirumangai
AzhwAr.
Now, comes the subject
matter. the distress of AzhwAr is pointed out to the Lord at thiru-ida-endhai
and asks the Lord 'What is in Your mind! Oh Lord?"
Be it a desire by AzhwAr
which is unjustified? Be it a desire which is rightful? Does it
matter?
His thoughts are the one
that matters. If he so deems fit, He will acknowledge the soul and ascend us
towards Him. If he so declares not to do so, who can comprehend His decision.
The point and the matter
thus here is, neither acts or omissions by the soul is relevant. The decision of
'emperumAn' is indeed signifciantand that is what is highlighted by parkAla
nAyaki in this thiru-mozh in each pAsuram:
He is the way to reach
Him--the ultimate and exclusive upAyam,is the message
conveyed.
