Namaskarams to all bhAgavatAs.

My name is Srikanth and I am very curious about one thing which
I would like to ask regarding this topic...

As we all know, there is no topic in philosophy or bhakti on which
our AchArya sArvabhouman Swami Desikan has not written...

But I have not heard about any stotram he has written about
Anjaneyar...He has written stotrams in praise of GarudAzhwAr,
SudarSanAzhwAr and others...

I am just curious as to why this might be the case...

Or am I wrong?

Please pardon me for any errors/apacArams.

Anantha pranAmam to bhAgavathAs.
1. Temples for us symboise Sri vaikuntha. Hence the
sannidhis are of those who adorn the vaikuntha ie.,
nithya and muktha besides the Lord Himelf. At the
conclusion of rAmAvatAra, perumal offered to take
everyone to srivaikuntha. But hanumAn refused, saying
that he will immerse himselfin rAmadhyana here in the
land where rAma lived. Therefore he is living on ths
earth as chiranjeevi and is present in every spot
where rAma nAma is uttered (yatra yatra raghunAtha
kIrthanam thatra thatra krithamasthakAnjalim....).
This is the reason why we do not have hanumAn sannidhi
inside the main temple ie., sri vaikuntha.
2. We do have popular names like Sundaram, rAmapriya
etc which are also names of hanumAn. Yes, I have not
come across any direct names like hanumantha IyengAr
or AnjanEyAchAry in my life. Srhi VAsu venkat swamin,
along with you, I also seek views from others on this
matter.
