Dear Sri Sadagopan Swami: Isn't it a bit of stretch to say that Divya Prabandam is mentioned in the Rig Veda? Most of the scholars acknowledge that Rig Veda is much older than most of the religious writings in the World and dates back to a time before 2000 BC. Tamil Vedas were sung only about 1300 years ago. I think that the Rig Vedam mentions an abridged version of the vedam that existed even before the Rig Vedam; or it glorifies a part of Rig Vedam itself; thus it reflects an ancient memory. Otherwise I enjoyed what you have to write. In the same way that you see Divya Prabandam in Rig Veda, we can see the origins of Ramayanam also in Rig Vedam as Sri Nilakanta discovered.
