The Future of Health Care

President Bush has released his federal budget proposal, and it includes major cuts in Medicaid benefits to the states. At the same time, the 20th annual Emerging Issues Forum in Raleigh has wrapped up with several policy recommendations for health care in North Carolina. Host Melinda Penkava leads a discussion about Medicaid funding and the future of health care in the state.
