NC Liquor Laws/David Heslop

Currently, beer sold in North Carolina contains 6% alcohol. The NC general assembly is considering a bill that would double that. Host Melinda Penkava speaks with Julie Bradford, director of Pop-the-Cap (North Carolinians for Specialty Beer) and the editor of Specialty Beer Magazine, and Brian McMillen, a professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology who is researching the drinking habits of students at ECU.
