Trethewey

Host Frank Stasio speaks with Natasha Trethewey, who has been teaching at Duke University and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill this past year where she has been the Lehman Brady Joint Chair Professor of Documentary and American Studies. Natasha is a native of Gulfport, Mississippi and the author of three books of poetry: “Domestic Work” (Graywolf Press/2000); “Bellocq’s Ophelia” (Graywolf Press/2002); and “Native Guard” (Houghton Mifflin/2006).
