Eugene Earle
Eugene Earle is co-founder and President of the John Edwards Memorial
Foundation/Forum and was instrumental in the transfer of the John Edwards
Memorial Collection to UNC-Chapel Hill. He corresponded extensively with
the late John Edwards, after whose death in 1950 Earle was given control
of Edwards massive collection. Mr. Earle has on his own gathered one of
the nations largest collections of vintage country and western, blues,
and Hawaiian records.
