Website that is scraping and reposting this site's content as it's own
I stumbled on ProBible.net which appears to be scraping and reposting content from this site as its own with no link to the forum nor mention of original source. Bringing it to your attention in case not authorized. Example Original post: https://www.ibiblio.org/bgreek/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&p=...

Re: PATr variations
For visibility, I ended up posting a little longer version of the above (with a couple more examples and some additional editions compared) on my blog (with a link back here) in case someone stumbles across it in the future: Would the real 1904/1912 Patriarchal Greek New Testament (PATr) please stan...

Re: PATr variations
Thanks, all! Yes, I will DM you, Alan. I'm working with a team that is releasing an updated (public domain) version of the Robinson-Pierpont GNT with comparisons to other printed editions. We have written a bit of code to do collations with associated Unicode decomposition, removal of punctuation (b...

PATr variations
I've been reading the Patriarchal Greek New Testament (PATr) that was published by the Patriarchal Press of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople in 1904. My understanding is that it was based mainly on lectionary manuscripts from the ninth to the sixteenth centuries and that it was correcte...

Seeking full text of St. John Chrysostom's homily "On the Cemetery's Name and the Cross"
I became aware of a homily by St. John Chrysostom entitled "On the Cemetery's Name and the Cross" from a blog post by John Sanidopoulos. In the post, Sanidopoulos indicates that this sermon "has yet to be translated into the English language...." He further states that The actual...

Re: Zoom discussion groups of Greek linguistics
It's not free, but I know that Daryl Burling has memberships that include weekly reading calls (and you can also take courses). They discuss morphology and syntax and translate and discuss the text (very much in the vein of Daniel Wallace's Exegetical Syntax and associated Grammar Translation Method...

Re: Question about relationship between TEI and other file formats for biblical corpora
Thanks for the reiteration, Jonathan. Concerning your question about my goals, I am just seeking to understand the relationship between the two for now as I've been making a list of the various formats used related to biblical corpora. For my own eventual purposes, I intend to store commentary about...
