The Logos version does actually have a preliminary morph tagging. I think its currently something like 90-95% accurate and that'll be improving. I stand corrected! The last update I had was from January, when Logos was coming up with a strategy for morphing the text. The accuracy is probably better...

The best text of the LXX is the Göttingen, which is available electronically from Logos (http://www.logos.com/product/4951/gottingen-septuagint) or Accordance (http://www.accordancebible.com/store/details/?pid=LXXG+1+CD-ROM).
