Why don't Lexicons categorize " κόσμος " in the sense of " everybody ," in a way that's more restrictive than " all the world "? BDAG seems to skim over this without breaking out " everybody " under a heading that's separate from " all the world ". ...

Thanks for the PDF link. Things can be distilled into comprehensible input and meaningful production. Yes. But the way to provide comprehensive input and meaningful production appropriately in any given situation or setting ... that's what master teachers are for, and SIOP gives some really good ad...

I suspect you can get that by putting quotes around the forms you want exact results for: "λογος" vs. "λόγος".
