Gabriel Wyner's 625 list for Koine

Post by davidbester »

Good Morning

I have been playing around with what AI can do in terms of producing Greek resources. I was quite impressed with Grok's translations for Gabriel Wyner's 625 list or concrete words, but I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight. There are a few words I might say differently, but I was wondering if anyone here could give me some insight, or point me to a resource that might help me refine this list.

I have the list in excel and PDF, I'm just struggling to upload it.

Kind Regards
David

Hi David,

Perhaps you could put it into a Google spreadsheet and post a link to it here?

When you say there are words you might phrase differently, are you noticing semantic mismatches (different meaning nuance) or more about preferred synonyms in Koine vocabulary?
