The Gospel to be Read in Greek at the Papal Installation

Post by Stephen Carlson »

Mike Barber, blogger of the Sacred Page, reports that the installation of Pope Francis tomorrow (Tuesday) will feature a gospel reading in Greek. http://www.thesacredpage.com/2013/03/th ... ek-at.html

Those members of B-Greek watching the installation should keep an ear out for it and see how much can be understood.

Modern pronunciation, mostly chanted:

I'm guessing this would feel familiar to both Greek Catholics and Greek Orthodox.
ἐξίσταντο δὲ πάντες καὶ διηποροῦντο, ἄλλος πρὸς ἄλλον λέγοντες, τί θέλει τοῦτο εἶναι;
