Christina, you're in good company. Apparently teen Bertie Russell (later known as philosopher and mathematician Bertrand Russell) continuously wrote in a notebook labelled "Greek exercices". It was his own journal, and he wasn't writing Greek, but transliterating English to Greek letters, which his very controlling grandmother could not understand at all. Page 63 in Apostolos Dixiadis' Logicomix, highly recommended for no other reason than it's brilliant presentation between deepest roots of Greek culture and modern philosophy.
