Hi there, I'm a student of biblical Greek and Hebrew looking for additional resources and support. I'm 41 and I live in Nebraska.

Welcome. We need to have a real name for the screen name. You can contact a moderator to change it or post the name here and we'll take care of it.

What types of resources are you looking for?

Hello, "jhacker5133." I'm Jason. I'm originally from Joplin, MO, but I went to Omaha a few times to visit the Nebraska School for the Deaf back in 1998 while studying for a degree in Deaf Ministry at Ozark Christian College (just before the school's closure, apparently). It's really the same neck of the woods.

I teach Hebrew. Are you aware of the B-Hebrew forum? You might sign up over there, too. On both forums, we have a policy about using your actual name. It's got to do with academic integrity and accountability — and it helps reduce the number of spam users that register for nefarious purposes.

Strangely, I'm also 41 years old (birthday in January), so we're even from the same generation!

What have you used in your exploration of the languages up to this point? Most people here would be very interested in providing their favorite resources as recommendations for your further study.

Best of luck!

Again, though... you've received three replies here on this thread. Make sure to contact one of the moderators (myself and Barry have responded here) to change your username to your real name. We don't do anonymous interactions here.
