Rule for case endings on adjectives?

How can I best learn the paradigms of nouns and verbs and the other inflected parts of speech?

Rule for case endings on adjectives?

Post by Matthew Longhorn »

Hi all, I am reading the Brill Encyclopaedia of Ancient Greek Language and Linguistics entry on adjectives (Written by Frits Waanders). Waanders states “As a rule, simple adjectives are of three endings, and compound adjectives of two endings.”

Do you find this to be *generally* true and / or are there other useful “rules” to determine whether the masculine and feminine forms will be the same?

Sorry for the delayed response - thanks for the link. That provides some useful things I can pass on.
