1 Cor 15:55 NA26 VS TR
In 1 Cor 15:55 I just discovered that NA26 has thanatos twice and the TR has thanatos and hades. Has anyone studied out this discrepancy? I tried doing a search and nothing came up.

Could it be that the two textual variants are due to two different translations of the Hebrew words מָוֶת and שְׁאוֹל in the passage quoted from Hos 13:14 -- in one case translating them both using the same Greek word, in the other case using two different words?

Another question that would interest me is: why do the two statements appear in reversed order in the TR?
