Judges

Does the added και require the translation 70 PLUS 7? I do not see και as an indication to multiply.

What is the difference with εβδομηκοντα επτα here in Judges vs. Matt 18:22 22 λεγει αυτω ο ιησους ου λεγω σοι εως επτακις αλλα εως εβδομηκοντακις επτα? Does the -κις ending denote to multiply? I notice that the NET bible translates Matt 18:22 as 77. I'm a little confused about the 70 TIMES 7 or 70 PLUS 7.

Short answer: Yes. Compare πολλά (many things) with πολλάκις (many times).
See Smyth §347-348.
