I note that nobody answered Louis' question about a one volume Greek OT and NT. I don't think such an edition exists. There are Modern Greek versions that combine the OT and NT. One would think that in Greece at some point someone would have produced a combined Koine edition, but maybe the ecclesiastical tradition there is to have two books. Zondervan produced a combined Hebrew OT and Greek NT in response to consumer interest, and I know that there is a demand for a Reader's LXX, so I would not be surprised if in the near future Zondervan produced a one volume Greek OT and NT.This post is intended to be a thread on the various print editions of the Greek NT and OT, and combined volumes.
There has just been published a new deluxe leather edition of the UBS Reader's Greek NT. It is αξιολογος for its price ($107) and the high quality of its cover and binding.

This would appear to be the most fancy print edition of the Greek NT currently available, but the Amazon reviews suggest that there is a problem with the paper used.
