Volunteers are needed this summer to work with swimmers with disabilities in Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Adapted Aquatics.
Volunteers and students will work with a swim instructor to teach swimming skills. They are needed to help motivate the students and need only to be comfortable in the water and able to follow the teacher’s lead. Classes will be held from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. on Wednesdays from June 30 to Aug. 4 at the A.D. Clark Pool at the Hargraves Center.
Volunteers must be 16 or older. To volunteer, email mkaslovsky@townofchapelhill.org or call 968-2813.
