Beth Melcher, N.C. assistant secretary of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services, will discuss the future of the state’s mental health system this Saturday at the 33rd Annual Legislative Breakfast on Mental Health at the Friday Center.
In addition to Melcher, speakers include Mebane Rash and Aisander Duda from the N.C. Center for Public Policy Research and Randi Davenport, award-winning author of The Boy Who Loved Tornadoes.
