The Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Board of Education will meet tonight (Thursday) at 7 at the Lincoln Center in Chapel Hill.
The board will hear an update on the new Common Core curriculum that was implemented in district schools this year and the partnership with the Institute for Learning, aimed at helping teachers best implement the new Common Core standards, specifically in literacy.
The board will also receive a report on student outcomes in the district, including EOG and EOC test results and graduation rates broken down into performance by different groups such as limited-English proficiency students and students with disabilities.
