James Wise has been named to the board of directors for the National Association of Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE). As a board member, Wise will commit to and uphold the vision and mission of SAVE.
Wise, a student assistance program specialist at Chapel Hill High School, has worked as a school social worker at elementary, middle and high school levels throughout the state for more than 20 years and has worked at SAVE CHHS since 2005.
SAVE is a student-run public nonprofit violence prevention organization with nearly 2,000 chapters in 48 states with more than 200,000 members in communities nationwide.
