The Orange County Partnership to end homelessness – a coalition of service providers, local governments, faith-based and other community groups, local businesses and UNC focused on ending homelessness in Orange County – has released its 2011 annual report.
Report highlights include:
• Housing for New Hope street outreach workers housed 44 homeless people;
• the Partnership developed the Orange County Support Circle Program to help those transitioning out of homelessness and into permanent housing;
• the Partnership received a Continuum of Care grant of nearly $500,000; and much more.
