226th Signal
Operations Company |
Tunisia (Ground), Rome-Arno, Southern France,
Ardennes-Alsace, Central Europe, Northern France,
Rhineland. and Occupation of Germany. The 226th was the 7th Army's signal operation company from the Southern France to the end of the war. At the end of the war they were stationed with the 7th army HQ at Augsburg, Germany. Acknowledgement: Philip W. Ogden, son of 1st Lieutenant William Henry Ogden of the 226th. |
