Scouting Report: JazzyJ [JazzyJDT@aol.com]
Went from nobody to somebody during senior season. Was completely forgotten in high school, and went JUCO for one season at Gulf Coast CC. Arkansas signed him on a flyer, and he was pretty much non-existent for 2 seasons in Fayetteville. This last season he came on like gang-busters with a new work ethic. Became the Dennis Rodman of the SEC, and actually led the nation in rebounding early on during the season. This is all despite a fairly thin build. Offense is practically non-existent despite the double figure scoring average. Terrible shooter. Long arms and is a good shot-blocker and defender. Can be pushed around in the paint though. Played well in Portsmouth and showed a real nose for rebounding. Definitely a project, but game seems to be developing, and may be worth a look in the late 2nd round.
