Scouting Report: David Edelman [dedelman@acpub.duke.edu] |
---|
Spent his first three years trying to convince everybody that he wasn't worth his billing, then exploded on the ACC as a senior. Very physical, primary defensive strategy is the push with the elbow a close second. Still, he fits the decription of an NBA 4 almost perfectly in body type and skills, and its hard to ignore those stats in the ACC. Similar player to the Rockets' Othella Harrington, probably better post moves. Could improve enough to make a major impact in a few years. For now a non-rotation forward. Good late 1st round pick, badly underrated at #51. |
