Page Three of a three-page report by Lieutenant Commander Walter A. Edwards, Commanding Officer of USS Bainbridge (DD-246), concerning his ship's rescue of Vinh-Long's survivors. The event took place in the Sea of Marmora, near Constantinople, Turkey, on the morning of 16 December 1922.
The original document is a carbon copy, on onionskin paper.
