Alameda
(American Motor Boat, 1917)

In port in 1917.
Built by the Western Boat Building Company of Tacoma, Washington, in 1917, Alameda was inspected by the Navy and assigned the identification number SP-1040. Though her official data card states that she was "reported delivered and commissioned" on 2 June 1917, she did not actually have any Naval service.
