Maxim 1-Pounder (37mm) Anti-Aircraft Machine Gun

Color-tinted photograph printed on a post card during the World War I era by the Valentine Souvenir Co., New York.
The original photograph, showing the gun being demonstrated by a Sailor on board a U.S. Navy ship, was taken by Underwood & Underwood, New York.

The card was accompanied by a letter sent from Naples, Italy, on 31 March 1921 by a USS Pittsburgh (CA-4) crew member.
